The Digital Communications Gateway (DCG)

The Sunhillo Data Communication Gateway is an intelligent, synchronous/asynchronous serial data network gateway. The Data Communication Gateway provides serial-to-serial, serial-to-LAN, and LAN-to-serial connectivity in addition to various data format conversion and recording capabilities.

The DCG enables the recording of radar information to a remote disk array across a LAN. The data is stored in RS3 format so that it can be used with existing RADES tools.
