Sunhillo Corporation prides itself on the quality of our products and responsiveness to our customers. Should you encounter a problem with a hardware purchase, please download and complete our RMA form. Right-click on the link below to save the form to your hard drive by selecting "Save Target As". (The form requires Microsoft Excel 97 or higher to access.)
After completing the form, please fax or email it to us using the contact information on the form. A Sunhillo representative will then contact you regarding your RMA request. After you receive an RMA number from Sunhillo, you can then send the item(s) to the address on the RMA form.
Please note that occasionally a customer will start this process and send us a completed RMA form, but then later realize that the defect in question was actually not a problem after all. What happens at this point usually is that Sunhillo possesses an outstanding, open RMA but no returned "defect" item.
This can lead to future confusion if left unattended. So to avoid this situation, it is our policy to close out an open RMA form after 30 days if the item in question has not been returned by the customer.
Note that this policy does not put the customer at risk whatsoever. It is only done for accounting purposes. If an RMA has expired, an item under warranty can still be returned. However, the customer will have to apply for a new RMA number before sending the item back to Sunhillo.
