The impact of the COVID-19 crisis and several other disruptions have resulted in an unprecedented challenge to the entire supply chain in the electronics industry. Over the past months and weeks, the situation has continued to worsen, and it is uncertain when the component shortage will see its peak. It is expected that the situation will continue for the foreseeable future.
The effects we are experiencing include extremely long and often unpredictable delivery times of components; postponements of already confirmed component deliveries; components that are not delivered as confirmed without any notice; and cancellation of promised deliveries at short notice.
Consequently, all lead time information provided by Sunhillo Corporation and its distributors remains subject to change due to component availability. Planned and confirmed delivery dates may have to be rescheduled as a result of the effects described above, potentially at short notice.
The entire team at Sunhillo is working tirelessly to manage the situation and reduce the impact on our customers. We are trying to keep lead times to a minimum and avoid delays whenever possible.
Although we currently have products in inventory for the foreseeable future, unexpected demand may affect lead times. We highly recommend our customers take this into consideration and place orders with us as early as possible.
