Sunhillo’s offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday starting Nov 28th and will re-open Dec 2nd.

Sunhillo Corporation has discovered an issue with our Ventnor product that results in the Ventnor system unexpectedly powering off or failing to power on properly. Once this condition exists the Ventnor system does not power on properly even after a physical power cycle.

RMA Return Form

An RMA number is required prior to returning any equipment to Sunhillo.  Please fill out the form to request an RMA.

Sunhillo’s goal is to ship repaired equipment back as soon as possible but within 40 calendar days from receipt.
