Personal information gathered is stored physically for fifteen years, but will remain within our ERP system for convenience with future orders. Credit card information is used according to the practices defined by the Payment Card Industry Compliance, and will be destroyed upon completion of the order.
Sunhillo Corporation protects their network by using a secure server, forcing password changes every ninety days, and scanning each computer routinely for virus or malware software; however, if there is a security breach, we will notify you no later than 72 hours after the incident. In these circumstances, Sunhillo is not liable for a breach that circumvented the precautions established by Sunhillo and agreed upon by our customers.
