Grupo Daventry Awarded Preventive Maintenance Contract for Sunhillo Systems Deployed in Mexican Airspace Network
West Berlin, NJ – April 30, 2025 – Sunhillo Corporation is pleased to announce that Grupo Daventry has been awarded a preventive maintenance contract for Sunhillo systems currently deployed across networks operated by the Mexican Department of Defense and the Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP), SENEAM. This achievement follows the successful completion of factory training by Grupo Daventry at Sunhillo’s headquarters in West Berlin, New Jersey.
Over the years, Sunhillo’s Longport and SureLine-based systems have been deployed across Mexico through radar system suppliers and integrators supporting both defense and civil aviation infrastructures. As these systems have aged past their initial warranty period, the Mexican Air Force initiated a bid to ensure ongoing operational readiness through certified maintenance support.
Grupo Daventry, a leading provider of systems integration and maintenance services for both the Mexican military and SENEAM, responded to the call. In October 2024, six of the company’s engineering professionals attended a comprehensive training course at Sunhillo’s facility. The training covered preventive maintenance techniques, advanced troubleshooting, and the latest features of Sunhillo’s SureLine software and Longport hardware platforms. With manufacturer certification and newly acquired expertise, Grupo Daventry was selected to maintain four Longport systems at two strategic sites. The contract not only ensures continuity of service but also positions Grupo Daventry to support future modernization efforts, including the installation and upkeep of the latest Sunhillo system versions.
