West Berlin, New Jersey, May 1, 2019 – Sunhillo Corporation, a leading supplier of both products and services to the FAA and the ATC/ATM business community, announces the sale of Sunhillo Technical Services (STS) Corporation, formally a wholly owned subsidiary company of Sunhillo Corporation, to Enroute Computer Solutions (ECS) of Atlantic City N.J. for an undisclosed price. The sale is effective immediately and includes all existing FAA contract services work under contract with STS.
