This is formal notification that the Real Time Interface and Conversion Item (RICI) 4300 product is no longer supportable due to obsolete parts and has been declared as end of life and support (hardware and software). Sunhillo is no longer able to accept new RICI 4300 orders nor extend current maintenance agreements for the existing RICI 4300.
The replacement for the RICI 4300 is the RICI 5000, which is a newly re-designed 1U form factor replacement with an integrated power supply and other enhancements. The RICI 5000 was developed in 2015 and is currently available and shipping.
